All purchases made on Cute Aura are final sale. We do not offer returns, refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Your Order ID

• Clear photos/videos showing the defect or damage

• A brief description of the issue

Our team will review the issue and, if the product is confirmed to be defective, we will provide an appropriate resolution.

Please note that requests received after 24 hours of delivery may not be considered.
